Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP)

A gentle, evidence-informed listening program that helps children feel calmer, more connected, and more regulated.

The Safe & Sound Protocol™ is a therapeutic listening experience designed to support the nervous system. It uses specially filtered music to help children become more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more open to connection and learning.

How SSP Helps

  • Reduces sensory overwhelm

  • Supports emotional regulation

  • Improves focus and attention

  • Helps with anxiety and big emotions

  • Strengthens social engagement and connection

  • Creates a calmer baseline for daily life

Who It Supports

SSP can be helpful for children with sensory processing challenges, anxiety, autism spectrum differences, trauma history, or kids who just seem “on edge” and easily dysregulated.

What to Expect

SSP is delivered in short, manageable listening sessions at a pace that feels safe for your child. Every child is different — we adjust the program based on their comfort, cues, and readiness.
